By accessing or using Optimus Sniper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Optimus Sniper provides an all-in-one marketing analytics and optimization platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) transmit malware or harmful code.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
Optimus Sniper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
